The Prom!
Celebrate the finish of exams with school leavers throughout the Algarve. You are invited to the first ever "Algarve Prom". Get together for a glamorous night to remember in the exclusive T-Clube - Algarve’s Number One Nightclub. Limited tickets are available for this exclusive event. Don’t miss out on the event of the year. Ticket €45 per person includes drinks reception, 3 course dinner with drinks included, exclusive entertainment show, partying late into the night/morning with our professional DJ and an award for the "PROM KING AND QUEEN" and "PRINCE AND PRINCESS!" (Students will fill in ballot papers on the night and winners will be announced after dinner, make sure you write the students full names).

This event celebrates the end of exams and the friendships made throughout your studies. Turn up with a group of friends or as a couple – it’s up to you. Look out for our professional photographer who will be there to capture fun shots of you and your friends!

Schedule:
8:30pm-9:30pm: Welcome Drinks & Photos, don’t forgot to vote for Prom King & Queen & Prince & Princess.
9:30pm-11:00pm: 3 Course Dinner with wine, beer and soft drinks included, all other drinks can be purchased at half price until midnight.
Menu: Parma Ham & melon, BBQ chicken with fries and salad, Chocolate fudge cake & ice cream
11:00pm-11:10pm: Prom King & Queen Announced
11:10pm onwards: Surprise Acts followed by DJ & Party: Discounted drinks after midnight.

HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKETS

Ticket will be sold at the following schools:
- BOX OFFICE - SAO LOURENCO SCHOOL: 11th June and 18th June at 3.30pm
- BOX OFFICE - VALE VERDE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL: Friday 11th June 12.00pm-1.00pm
- CAÇADOR SNACK BAR/RESTAURANT, Largo Manuel D'Arriga (next to the Hotel de Jardim, Loule)

PAYMENT: Payment must be made in cash or Portuguese Euro cheque made out to: Ultimate Events Lda.

Alternatively you can "pay for your tickets on delivery" by following the directions below: Download the booking form, complete and email to: anne@algarveevents.com, send an email confirming that you would like to purchase the tickets by "Pay on delivery". The tickets will arrive via the Portuguese postal system. You will be required to sign for the tickets and you must have the money ready to pay the postman on delivery.

Disclaimer: 1) Alcoholic drinks will be served in accordance with the Portuguese Law, Any person over the age of 16 will be able to drink/purchase alcohol, please bring ID to avoid disappointment
2) Students younger than 16 may attend this event only if invited by older students in the schools. Students under 16 are not permitted to drink/buy alcohol.
3) It is the responsibility of students to make their own way to and from the venue. We can assist with transport before the event and call taxis on the day, both attract an additional fee. It is the responsibility of students to ensure they are waiting outside the T-clube at the agreed time. Transport will leave at the agreed time, so don't be late.
4) In the event that you cannot make the Prom we regret we are unable to refund money.
5) Any student between the ages of 16-18 may purchase tickets for this event.
6) For queries on the night you may contact our Event Manager - Ella: 969696789. Whilst our Event Manager will be present on the night to assist students inside the T-Clube (when or where necessary) neither Algarve Events nor T-Clube will be responsible for students on their way to, from or at the event.
7) Unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated and any student causing trouble on the night will be asked to leave.
